Moviola is an independent film production company based in Prague, founded on the belief that film can be more than a story. It can be a mirror, and a question posed to society. We focus on live-action and animated films that open up serious social issues and invite dialogue where such topics are often met with silence. We want to tell stories of human depth and intellectual courage, stories that resonate with audiences at home while confidently representing Czech filmmaking abroad.
